I'm the guy people call when they don't want surprises after closing. I run D1 Home Inspections here in the OKC & all surrounding areas. My mission isn't to hand out cookie-cutter reports, but to give buyers and agents clarity, confidence, and zero stress. Whether it's a first-time buyer or an experienced investor, I walk them through what matters and leave the rest behind. I'm here to make you look good, help your clients feel good, and keep everyone moving forward.
A lot of inspectors focus on the house. I focus on the people buying it. My job is to protect their future, not just report on the past. Every inspection I do is built around clear communication, no surprises, and making sure they walk away with confidence, not confusion.
